1. Service Delivery
As OmniSignalLabs provides digital services, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Once a project milestone has been delivered and accepted by the client, that portion of the work is considered complete and non-refundable.
2. Cancellation Terms
- Before Project Initiation: Full refund minus administrative fees (10% of total project cost).
- During Active Development: Refund calculated based on percentage of work completed. Any work delivered up to the point of cancellation is non-refundable.
- After Final Delivery: No refund will be issued for completed projects that have been delivered and accepted.
3. Non-Refundable Items
- Custom design work that has been approved and implemented
- Third-party licenses or subscriptions purchased on behalf of the client
- Domain registration fees
- Work completed under fixed-price agreements after delivery

5. Dispute Resolution

SERVICE_AGREEMENT

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.
2. Services Provided
OmniSignalLabs provides digital studio services including but not limited to:
- Visual identity and branding systems
- Web development and immersive experiences
- Motion graphics and animation
- UI/UX design and architecture
- E-commerce solutions
- Content strategy and creation
3. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, code, and materials created by OmniSignalLabs remain our intellectual property until full payment has been received. Upon complete payment, the client receives a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use the deliverables for their intended purpose.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
- Providing timely feedback and approvals
- Supplying necessary content, materials, and access credentials
- Ensuring all provided materials do not infringe on third-party rights
- Making payments according to the agreed schedule
5. Limitation of Liability
OmniSignalLabs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the course of the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of the service agreement.
7. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Madrid, Spain.
8. Changes to Terms
OmniSignalLabs reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
